RETURN TO RESONANCE

An evening of Breath & Sound

After pausing to taking time off, Verum Wellness Sound Healing returns.

What once began as a weekly gathering. A space of stillness, release, and deep reconnection, opens again as a monthly evening immersion.

Return to Resonance is an intentional space to unwind from the noise of daily life and reconnect to your inner stillness.

The evening begins with gentle, guided breathwork to regulate the nervous system and settle the mind. From there, you will be immersed in layered vibrational sound designed to support relaxation, clarity, and expanded awareness.

This experience is suitable for both men and women. No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is required.

This is not about “doing” — it is about allowing.
Allowing the body to soften.
Allowing the mind to quiet.
Allowing yourself to return to your natural rhythm.

You may experience:
• Deep physical relaxation
• Emotional release
• Nervous system regulation
• Greater clarity and calm
• A sense of coming home to yourself

Please bring:
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket & pillow for warmth
• Water bottle

Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate and held environment.

Breath. Sound. Stillness. We return
