A guided journey through movement, breath, and sound - back into presence and connection.
Return to Rhythm is a co-created experience by Janelle from F2 Collective and Enza from Sol Rituals, designed to restore balance and reconnect you with your inner rhythm.
This 90-minute experience, you're invited to slow down and to move with awareness, presence and breath. We’ll begin with an opening ceremony to ground through breath and intention. Chloe from F2 will then guide an embodied Pilates sequence designed to awaken your inner rhythm, before softening into a sound healing meditation with crystal bowls and gong, guided by Enza.
We'll close the experience in shared reflection, and moments to nourish with light refreshments and community connection. Each guest also receives a small gift bag with offerings from F2 Collective and Sol Rituals to support your ongoing journey.
Return to Rhythm, shifts Pilates to become not just exercise, but a moving meditation that grounds you into your essence. This isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about moving differently; complemented by restorative sound vibrations, to soothe your nervous system and bring you back to centre.
By pairing mindful Pilates with sound healing, you’ll complement your other movement practices with embodied restoration, nervous system support, and reconnection to your inner rhythm.

MEET YOUR HOSTS AND FACILITATORS
This event is co-created by Sol Rituals and F2 Collective, two aligned businesses committed to restoring connection through body, breath, energy, and community.
Though our approaches are unique, our vision is shared: to create spaces where movement and sound invite presence, balance and renewal. Together, we are creating a space to slow down, soften, and offer a practice that supports nervous system health, embodied awareness, and genuine connection.
Janelle (F2 Collective): Host and community builder, Janelle holds the heart of F2 Collective. Her vision is to make Pilates accessible and welcoming, weaving music and movement into an experience that feels both dynamic and inclusive. She is devoted to creating a studio space where people connect not just through exercise, but through rhythm, joy, and community.
Enza (Sol Rituals): Lead facilitator and founder of Sol Rituals, Enza brings the calming and restorative elements to the experience, guiding the breathwork, opening and closing of the space, and a sound journey with crystal bowls and gong. Through Sol Rituals, she creates spaces of sound, energy healing, and presence that support deep rest, reconnection, and a return to centre.
Chloe (F2 Collective): your mindful Pilates guide for the experience, Chloe offers a gentle, embodied approach that integrates breath with movement. With her intuitive sense of rhythm, she supports participants in moving with awareness and ease, cultivating both strength and softness.
This isn’t just a gathering. It’s our shared vision: movement, sound, and community woven together to bring you back to balance.

What should I bring?
Just yourself, an open mind and heart. The room will be heated, and yoga mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring a blanket and/or pillow.

3:45pm so you have time to settle in and get comfortable. We will commence at 4:00 and doors will be shut.
Please note that F2 Collective is located at 105/6 Bluestone Wy, Brunswick East. Please enter the sliding doors of the building and make your way up to level 1 and follow the signs. There is a Coles nearby with plenty of parking.
How should I prepare myself?
Try to only eat light foods prior to the session. Avoid coffee or other stimulating drinks at least 2 hours prior to receive the full effects of the practices
