Ground & Connect
We'll begin by arriving together in circle, grounding into the space, connecting with ourselves, and setting intentions for the evening.

Neigong, Qi Gong & Guided Somatics
You'll be guided through gentle Neigong and somatic practices to awaken the body, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a deeper connection within.

Embodied Dance Journey
From there, the space opens for free movement. Move however your body is asking to move. Whether that's flowing, shaking, stretching, resting, or simply being. There is no right or wrong, only authentic expression.

Closing Integration Circle
We'll gather together to reflect, share (if you wish), and gently integrate the experience before returning to our evening.
