Return to Self is a four-week immersive Kundalini journey created to bring you back.

Across four weeks, we move progressively through layers of release, reconnection and transformation — combining Kundalini energy transmissions with breath, somatic practices, nervous system regulation and guided integration.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to the woman underneath everything you’ve learned to carry.

WEEK 2 — RECONNECT Coming back into your body, your intuition, your energy and your relationship with yourself.

WEEK 3 — RECLAIM Reclaiming your voice, confidence, boundaries, desires and personal power.

WEEK 4 — REBIRTH Integrating the journey and stepping forward with greater clarity, connection and intention.

MORE THAN THE LIVE SESSIONS

Your journey doesn’t end when each Kundalini session finishes. Your booking also includes access to the Return to Self Online School for the full four weeks.

This private online space has been created to support you between sessions, giving you somewhere to continue integrating, learning and reconnecting as your journey unfolds. Inside, you’ll receive supportive practices and guidance around Kundalini, nervous system regulation, embodiment, self-connection and integration —

allowing you to move through the experience at your own pace between our live sessions.

Think of the live Kundalini sessions as the activation and a place we can build our community.

The online school is where we continue the integration. So rather than experiencing one powerful session and immediately returning to everyday life, you’re held through an entire four-week process.
