This guided breathwork journey is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner world. Through conscious connected breathing, you’ll be supported to release tension held in the body, regulate the nervous system, and create space for emotional clarity and insight.

As the breath deepens, the body begins to unwind and the mind becomes quieter, allowing you to reconnect with what is present within. Supported by carefully selected music, this becomes a deeply restorative and immersive experience.

You’ll also learn practical breathing techniques that you can take with you into everyday life to reduce stress, regulate your nervous system, and return to a greater sense of calm and balance whenever you need it.

We conclude the session with a guided journaling practice to help integrate your experience and reflect on any insights that arise.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected — with greater clarity, emotional ease, and a deeper sense of trust in yourself.

This is a safe and supportive space to explore your inner world. No prior experience is needed

About the Practice

This style of breathwork is rooted in the ancient yogic practice of pranayama — the art of working with prana, or life-force energy, through conscious breath.

By slowing and guiding the breath — primarily through the nose — and exploring gentle rhythms, breath holds, and occasional audible breathing, we begin to build and circulate energy through the body. Supported by carefully selected music, this becomes a deeply immersive journey inward.

These practices support the regulation of the nervous system, helping to soften stored tension and emotion, and gently guide the body out of stress and into a state of calm, safety, and balance.

Simple yet powerful, breathwork can support:

Reduced stress and nervous system regulation
Emotional release and deeper relaxation
Increased energy, clarity, and mood
Improved sleep and overall wellbeing
A deeper connection to self and inner awareness

Contraindications:
This style of breathwork may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have epilepsy or a history of seizures, cardiovascular conditions (including heart disease or high blood pressure), severe asthma, recent surgery or injury, or a history of severe mental health conditions. If you are unsure, please consult your healthcare provider before
