Reiki & Sound Healing Evening

Imagine arriving, settling onto your mat, wrapping yourself in a blanket and allowing yourself to simply receive.

For the next two hours, there is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to do.

Just breathe. Soften. Receive. And return to yourself. 🤍

We’ll begin the evening gently with a grounding meditation, giving you time to arrive, settle into your body and leave the noise of the day behind.

From there, you’ll be invited to lie back and get comfortable as Melayne of ĀLAYĀ NĀDA guides you through a restorative sound healing journey.

At the same time, Nathalie of Shine Bright Reiki Studio will move gently through the space offering Reiki throughout the experience.

Two beautiful healing modalities woven together in one deeply nurturing evening.

Our intention is to create a space where you can slow down, rest, reconnect with yourself and simply allow the experience to unfold.

A deeper intention 🌿

Return to the Heart is also about connection beyond ourselves.

Toward the end of the evening, we will come together in a shared meditation, connecting with Mother Earth and offering our love, gratitude and appreciation to the Earth and all living beings.

As we create more peace and love within ourselves, that energy ripples outward.

And when we gather together with the same loving intention, that intention becomes amplified.

Spaces are limited and bookings are essential.

This evening is open to all souls. No previous experience with Reiki, sound healing or meditation is needed.
