Return to You: An Afternoon to Rest, Reset & Reconnect

Life asks so much of us.

We’re constantly caring for others, making decisions, juggling responsibilities and pushing through, often without noticing the toll it’s taking on our minds and bodies.

Return to You is a gentle afternoon designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.

Through guided meditation, and an immersive sound healing experience, you’re invited to explore what it feels like to step away from the busyness of everyday life and create space to rest, reflect and simply be.

This isn’t about escaping your life—it’s about giving yourself permission to pause and create space for rest, reflection and reconnection.

Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, emotionally exhausted or simply craving a moment to breathe, you’re warmly welcome here.

Your experience is completely your own. You may notice a greater sense of calm, relaxation or stillness, or simply appreciate having an opportunity to pause and step away from the demands of everyday life.

Because you’re not broken. Sometimes you simply deserve a chance to pause and exhale.

Please arrive 5-10 mins early so you have time to settle in comfortably before we begin.

What to bring

Please bring:

🌿 a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

🌿 a pillow

🌿 a blanket

🌿 a water bottle

🌿 anything else that will help you feel relaxed and supported

Chairs can be accommodated for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.

Important health information

Sound healing is a complementary wellbeing experience and is not intended to replace medical or mental health care.

If you have a pacemaker or another implanted medical device, epilepsy or sound-triggered seizures, a serious heart condition, significant sound sensitivity, tinnitus or any health concerns that may be affected by sound or vibration, please speak with your healthcare professional before booking and let the facilitators know before the session.

During the experience, you are always welcome to adjust your position, move further away from an instrument, use hearing protection or step outside if needed.
