Start your day by stepping away from the busyness of everyday life and giving yourself something we so often forget to make time for - time for you.

Return to You is an intimate morning mini retreat designed to help you pause, breathe, reconnect and leave feeling grounded, refreshed and more connected to yourself.

With a maximum of just 8 women, this is a small, relaxed and personal experience where you can slow down, switch off from the outside world and simply be.

Your morning includes:

🤎 Ceremonial Cacao
Begin with a beautiful cacao experience, taking a moment to slow down, settle in and set an intention for your morning.

🌬️ Guided Breathwork
Move into a gentle guided breathwork experience, creating space to slow down, reconnect with your body and let go of some of the busyness you're carrying.

🌿 Connection & Sharing
Spend time connecting with the other women in the group. Share, listen and be heard in a warm and supportive environment — with no pressure to share anything you're not comfortable with.

✨ Reflection & Intention Setting
Take some time to reflect on where you are right now, what you may want to let go of, and what you would like to invite more of into your life.

📝 Guided Activities & Journaling
Enjoy simple reflective and creative activities designed to encourage self-connection and give you space to think about what you need — not just what everyone else needs from you.

🧘‍♀️ Stillness & Grounding
There will be time to simply pause, breathe and be. No rushing, no expectations and nothing you need to achieve.

You don't need any previous experience with breathwork, cacao or meditation.

Investment: $140 per person plus booking fee

Payment Plan Available : 50% deposit required to secure your spot, then remaining by the 6th of September 2026.

As places are very limited as please book early.

Please wear something comfortable, bring along a blanket, a water bottle, a journal, pen and an open mind. Everything else is provided.

Event will be held in Quinn's Rocks , address will be provided once booked. Age is 18+ due to breathwork journey.

Breathwork is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, high glaucoma, retinal detachment, uncontrolled high blood pressure, significant recent physical injury, severe mental illness, seizure disorders or persons using major medication.
