Return to Yourself

Yin Yoga & Connected Breathwork | 90-Minute Experience

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to simply stop, breathe and be?

Life asks so much of us. We spend our days caring for others, meeting expectations and moving from one thing to the next, often forgetting the person who needs our care the most — ourselves.

Return to Yourself is an invitation to pause.

Through the gentle practice of yin yoga and connected breathwork, you’ll be guided into a space where you can slow down, soften the body, quiet the noise and reconnect with yourself.

We’ll begin with gentle, supported yin postures, allowing time for the body to settle and the mind to become still. From there, we’ll move into a guided connected breathwork experience, creating space to notice what you’re holding, explore your inner world and simply be with whatever arises.

There is nothing to achieve, nothing to fix and no expectation to be anything other than who you are in this moment.

This is your time to put down the weight of the outside world and turn your attention inward.

Come as you are. Leave with a little more space to breathe.

✨ Your experience includes:

● Gentle, supported yin yoga

● Guided connected breathwork

● Time to slow down, rest and reconnect

● A safe, welcoming space to honour your own experience

No previous experience is necessary. Every body and every level of experience is welcome.

You spend so much of your life showing up for others. This is time to show up for yourself.

Presented by A Thousand Paths — a space to reconnect with yourself, let go of what no longer serves you and find your own way home.
