Nilanthi Dayananda is a Registered Counsellor and Holistic Therapist with more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma-informed and grief-informed therapeutic approaches. Her work thoughtfully weaves together evidence-based practices with ancient wisdom traditions, creating compassionate spaces for healing, transformation and wholehearted living.
