《人在路途中》追溯 1995 年在北京召開的「聯合國第四次世界婦女大會」在東亞留下的回聲。影片走訪日本、台灣、韓國、香港與中國大陸的二十多位女權行動者，循着三十年前的脈絡，追問跨越地域與世代的連結如何流動？在極化與縮窄的空間中，是什麼讓潮水一次又一次地回來？

The film revisits more than twenty feminist activists from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and mainland China to trace the lasting impact of the 1995 United Nations Fourth World Conference on Women held in Beijing across East Asia. It follows the connections forged during the conference, examines gender mainstreaming frameworks, and explores the rise of grassroots, queer movement and digital rights alongside the backlash these activists now face. 

Through these intertwined stories, the film continually asks what sustains such struggles and how feminist movements persist, transform, and evolve across generations and regions.
