Returning to Self invites you on a transformative 2-hour journey to reconnect deeply with your body, breath, and unconditioned mind, through the healing arts of Yoga, Breathwork, and Qi Gong.
This dynamic workshop will work through a carefully crafted blend of dynamic movement, conscious breathing, and energy cultivation, each designed in their own unique way to help you tap back into your true, unconditioned self.
Soundscapes curated by Akira, an Om Being studio resident, known for his beautifully crafted, high fidelity mixes tailored for mindbody practices.
This workshop will be guided by by experienced facilitators Elizabeth (Yoga), Camilla (Breathwork), and Charlie (Qi Gong), as you’ll move through three distinct yet harmonious modalities:
• Dynamic Yoga Flow: Elizabeth will lead a vibrant, accessible vinyasa-style sequence that energises the body, releases physical tension, and opens up your energy channels.
• Breathwork Session: Camilla’s powerful breathwork practice will help you clear emotional blockages, expand awareness, and cultivate deep calm through intentional, connected breathing.
• Qi Gong Practice: Charlie will guide slow, meditative movements designed to harmonize your internal energy (Qi), balance the nervous system, and promote inner vitality.
After each modality, you will spend 10 minutes in guided private eflection and journaling, allowing you to process your experience, notice insights, and deepen your connection with yourself.
The session closes with a gentle grounding and integration period.
This workshop is perfect for those with a busy mind, open to trying new modalities, and different ways of tapping into the eternal space of true self.
No previous experience is required. Whether you’re new to these practices or have some background, this event offers a supportive, nurturing space for all levels.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a journal or notebook. Yoga mats and props will be provided.
