Intention Setting Cacao Ritual

A nourishing heart-opening ceremonial cacao ritual to support grounding and inner listening. Together, we will slow down, connect with our intentions, and create space for clarity, intuition, gentle uplift, and a sense of feeling more present and connected with ourselves and one another.

Heart-Centred Gentle Restorative Yin Yoga

Gentle, nurturing yin yoga designed to calm the nervous system through mindful movement, breath, stillness, and deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels, these soothing sessions invite you to reconnect with your body with compassion, presence, and ease, meeting yourself exactly where you are.

Yoga Nidra

A calming guided meditation practice designed to bring the body, mind, and nervous system into deep rest and restoration. Through effortless relaxation and gentle awareness, Yoga Nidra supports emotional well-being, inner stillness, mental clarity, and a profound sense of peace.

Sound Journey

Various deeply immersive sound experiences woven amongst the other offerings throughout the weekend, using soothing instruments and healing frequencies to support relaxation, inner calm, and energetic harmony. Allow yourself to soften into stillness as vibration and sound gently wash through the body, inviting deep rest, restoration, and a peaceful meditative state.

1:1 Sacred Reiki Journey

Step into a deeply nurturing 1:1 Sacred Reiki Journey - this session supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, inner clarity, and energetic renewal through intuitive energy healing, chakra balancing, compassionate presence, and restorative stillness. Held within the sacred rhythm of the retreat, this offering invites you to simply rest, receive, and return to the heart.

The Art of Letting Go

An exploration of releasing the emotional weight we carry through past experiences, stories, judgements, and inner resistance. Through guided reflection, compassionate awareness, and emotional presence, this experience invites greater softness, clarity, peace, and freedom within ourselves. It’s a space to honour our human experience while opening to a new way of relating to it. An invitation to return to the heart, soften what feels heavy, and reconnect with the peace within.

Conscious Creation Exploration

At the heart of the Conscious Creation exploration is the understanding that our experience of life is shaped not only by external circumstances, but also by the meaning we give them, the awareness we bring, and the emotional energy through which we perceive them. Simple, grounding moments woven into daily retreat life - sharing meals slowly, connecting authentically, moving gently, resting deeply, and returning to presence in ordinary moments that become meaningful through awareness.

Spaciousness in the Timetable

This retreat is intentionally designed with spaciousness woven throughout the retreat schedule, inviting you to honour whatever you need during moments of free time. Energetic Yoga (If Feeling Guided)

For those feeling drawn toward more energising movement, optional Vinyasa yoga sessions will also be offered. These slow, mindful, heart and breath-centred practices encourage intentional movement and deep presence, gently awakening vitality, and inner strength while staying rooted in self-awareness, softness and self-honouring.

You will also be lovingly nourished with delicious plant-based meals, warm connection, cozy evenings, and time to simply rest, reflect, journal, walk in nature, or sit quietly by the fire.
