Join me for an evening of connection, love and relaxation where we will explore ultimate self-love.

We will share and explore what self-love means to us and then rejuvenate with restorative yoga and reiki. You will leave the circle feeling nourished, rejuvenated, inspired and your daily stress will melt away during this time.

Open to all women, this ancient tool has been used by women for well-being since the dawn of time. There is something truly magical about sitting in circle with other women and being able to authentically express yourself in a safe place without judgement.

The evening will include:

📿GUIDED MEDITATION: You will be guided to ground into the space & connect with your body, mind & spirit.

✍🏼 JOURNALLING: A time to reflect on what you would like to invite into your life and to let go of things that no longer serve you.

🧘‍♀️ RESTORATIVE YOGA: Encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

✨ REIKI: A gentle healing technique that activates the body’s innate healing processes. It restores physical and emotional well-being.

🫖 LIGHT REFRESHMENTS: cake, fruit platter & tea provided.

💕 MINGLE: Opportunity to meet other
