As we travel through places and spaces, we forget to remember who we are and where we come from, leaving pieces of ourselves behind, scattered all over the field.

We forget how to breathe, life gets so busy and the stories in our heads take us away from the present moment. This moment, where we are whole, perfect and complete.

Returning to Wholeness is an invitation to recover all the aspects of you that have been forgotten over the years. It’s a deep journey to remember who you ARE, to trust again and reopen your heart to unconditional love.

Using mindfulness practices, intuitive movement, breathwork and sound journeys we will take you into a deep experience of self-discovery, healing and celebration.

Intuitively moving our amazing bodies with Jessie Moss, exploring how it feels to land deeply in the body and listen to the messages and gifts waiting for you.

Breathing with Cristian Trujillo we go deep into our heart, quieting the mind and allowing our body to remember, letting go of what’s not serving you anymore and inviting the new. Feeling, breathing and healing.

Returning to Wholeness is an invitation to open your heart to unconditional love, obtaining a deeper sense of acceptance, gratitude, and contentment for self and others.

About the hosts:

Jessie Moss

Jessie is an intuitive, awakening facilitator and Author of the book Open. Jessie was a bodyworker for 13 years where she developed a deep intuitive connection to how the body stores emotions and events. She blends her somatic knowledge from bodywork with 10 years experience in the fitness industry teaching how to strengthen, soften and move energy through the body in a safe way. Jessie helps you to empower yourself through mind-body connection, to remember your deep healing abilities through your inner world, and encourages the development of your intuition to gain insights into awakening your truth and gifts.

Jessie Moss shows you from a place of vulnerability that you are not your stories. After arriving at these teachings through her own experiences with domestic violence, abuse, overcoming trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and addictions, Jessie encourages you to rise from your own learnings and adversity to follow what sets your soul on fire. She teaches you to transform through the higher frequency of your heart, align all areas of your life from within, and open to the highest possibilities of love and liberation.

Based in Noosa as an intuitive energy worker, and yoga teacher. Jessie holds retreats, online courses and events that heal the mind, body and soul. Meeting people in the space of transition and change, assisting growth in purpose, direction and clarity while feeling calm and centred.

Cristian Trujillo

Cristian is a mindfulness coach and business mentor, he was born in Chile and moved to Australia 15 years ago. Over the years he has walked many paths that allowed him to accumulate a wide variety of experience.

In his work as a facilitator he brings together his experience as a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Healer, Breathwork facilitator and Certified Coach. He also incorporates the principles he has practised as an Engineer, Videographer, Entrepreneur, Lecturer and Business Mentor.

Cristian is based in the Sunshine Coast and is the founder of Yandina Yoga and Breathwork, where he shares the practices of Yoga and Breathwork with people who would like to get started in these practices. Cristian runs workshops, retreats and speaking engagement across Australia and Overseas.
