WHAT IF 3 HOURS COULD FEEL LIKE COMING HOME TO YOURSELF?

An afternoon to slow down, breathe, move, feel, connect… and BE.

Welcome to Returning Home to Our Bodies — A Somatic Journey

In a world that often pulls us into our heads, away from our feelings and disconnected from our bodies, this is an invitation to pause and find our way back.

Back to our breath.
Back to our senses.
Back to the wisdom of our bodies.
Back to ourselves and each other.

Through a gentle, experiential journey of somatic practices, intuitive movement, embodied awareness and connection, we’ll explore what it means to inhabit our bodies with greater presence, curiosity and compassion.

Together, we’ll create space to:

• Slow down and arrive in the present moment.

• Listen to the body and explore the language of sensation, breath and movement.

• Soften and release some of the tension we carry, at our own pace.

• Reconnect with ourselves beyond the thinking mind, the roles we play and the expectations we carry.

• Experience connection with ourselves, others and the shared space we create together.

This is not about doing it right, pushing through or becoming someone new. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to perform.

It’s about creating space to listen, to feel, to explore and to remember that our bodies are not simply something we carry through life — they are where we experience life.

This is your invitation to step away from the everyday and into an afternoon of embodied exploration, gentle discovery and human connection

To breathe a little deeper.
To move in ways that feel true to you.
To meet yourself with curiosity rather than judgement.
To feel the grounding of being present.
To remember the sense of belonging that can emerge when we come back into connection with ourselves and one another.

Because sometimes, coming home doesn't mean going somewhere new.

It means returning to the place within us that has been waiting to be felt.
