Reusable Fabric Gift-wrapping Workshop with Wrap Happy Co!

Reusable Gift Wrapping Workshop:
The City of Vincent is supporting two reusable fabric gift-wrapping workshops to encourage more sustainable gifting this festive season. There are two dates available and places are limited. As a courtesy to others, we ask that if you register, please only register for one of the dates and not both. so that the opportunity may be available to more people. Preference given to City of Vincent residents.

• Saturday 21 November (tickets essential and places are limited- see ticket link for details)

• Tuesday 8 December (tickets essential and places are limited- see ticket link for details)

City of Vincent Waste Education Stall:
The City of Vincent Waste Education Team will also have a stall set up at the Kyilla Market on both occasions- we welcome you to drop in for a chat! There will be a fun interactive digital game to try your hand at (suitable for both adults and kids!), plus you can drop-off any broken Christmas/faire rope lights (please no other e-waste items). We welcome any community members to stop by our stall during the following times:

• Saturday 21 November (8:00am-11:30am)

• Tuesday 8 December (4:00pm - 8:30pm)

City of Vincent residents can also pick up a pack of certified compostable FOGO Caddy Liners (proof of City of Vincent residential address required). These are for use with your kitchen caddy for collecting food scraps (including fruit and vegetable peelings, uneaten or spoiled leftovers, meat, bones, fish, bread, dairy). Please no food packaging, coffee/takeaway cups, plastics, metal, glass or sand in your FOGO (food organics, garden organics) bin.
