REVEL WAREHOUSE PARTY IS BACK.
Following our massive launch of Warehouse Party back in December last year, Revel is back, bringing some of Australia's finest dance artists with us.
Featuring some of the best in talent, production and energy, get ready for a full day of rave rituals at one of Hobart’s most iconic venues.
HUMAN MOVEMENT
Lebanese-Australian artist Human Movement has gained widespread recognition for his unique brand of forward thinking dance music, informed by a love of hard-edged UK Garage, 90’s House and old school Rave. With no shortage of champions, Human Movement’s release output has turned the heads of respected tastemakers with support coming from the likes of DJ Seinfeld, Logic1000, Ciel , Eris Drew, Sarah Story, TSHA, Andras, Daniel Avery & Pete Tong.
JAMES PEPPER
"Within the list of talented dance music producers putting Australia on the global map, James Pepper is making a good case for your attention. You’d be hard-pressed finding someone with a penchant for Australia’s house music circuit who hasn’t heard the name James Pepper. The Sydney-based selector is slowly becoming one of the city’s go-to DJs, as proved by bookings supporting the likes of Denis Sulta, Job Jobse, Gerd Janson, Ross From Friends and Black Loops."
LUEN
From throwing parties as a teen, to working in events for VICE and Ableton and hosting shows on triple j and FBi Radio, Luen has been a valuable member of the dance music community for close to a decade. Luen has supported Peggy Gou, Wolf + Lamb, Red Axis, Dj Seinfeld, Honey Dijon, Project Pablo, Sleep D and DJ’d around the globe from Portugal to London and New York to Peru. She works alongside DJ's Jad & The and Dom Bird to bring forth the Beats Of No Nation music podcast and Genie Stuart to present TAXX on Skylab Radio. Behind the decks Luen takes a wide approach, mixing house, acid and techno classics with tasty and rare oddities from across the globe.
BELLA CLAXTON
There aren't many local artists with Bella Claxton’s enthusiasm. That infectious energy flows organically into her DJ sets. Think artists like Denis Sulta, Job Jobse and Sally C, and you are almost there. Not only does she share their disregard for genre labels, but also their absolute joy for unearthing dancefloor gems from all decades. That ability to link the old and new is impressive, and she expertly fuse 90s house vocals with modern maximal rave energy. It is a highly irresistible combination that has led to consistent bookings at clubs from Revolver to Glamorama. She is also an active member of the local dance music community, enabling local talent to reach a wider audience via her online station, In House Radio. That brand has turned into a regular club night selling out its current home: The Gasometer. Her sound is honest and undeniable, and a huge reason why Novel signed her to their new artist agency. Bella Claxton is about to go turbo, don't get left behind.
