Step into a world where myth, mischief, and mayhem collide in Revenge of the Amazons — Waihi College’s bold and brilliantly imaginative stage production for 2026.

Inspired by the spirit of Shakespearean comedy but with a wildly modern twist, this play takes you on a fast-paced journey through enchanted realms, powerful warriors, and delightfully unexpected encounters. Think classic theatre meets 80s feminists, with a splash of psychedelic fluoro fairies on rollerblades — it’s as fun and unpredictable as it sounds!

Our talented cast and crew bring together a fantastic mix of senior and junior students, all working together to create a vibrant, high-energy performance full of humour, creativity, and heart. From clever dialogue to colourful costumes and dynamic staging, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Don’t miss your chance to support our amazing young performers and experience a night of laughter and entertainment. Get your tickets now — it’s going to be an unforgettable evening!

Yummy food for sale at our food stall too, so come along and make a night of it.
