Revesby Pre-Assembly BBQ + Workshop

The Sydney Alliance is on our road to our pre-election Federal Assembly. This Assembly will be in Westmead on Thursday 13th of March- register now! Before then, we are hosting a BBQ and workshop in Revesby.

In this BBQ and workshop we will;

• connect over delicious food
• listen to stories from community leaders
• get prepared for the Sydney Alliance Federal Pre-Election Assembly
• Learn about the collective power that the local community in Revesby and Bankstown area has to effect change for our city and country 
• write our stories on postcards to be sent to local Federal candidates from all major parties- this will help build support for our solutions

NOTE: Children are welcome to attend this event. Please advise the organisers if you are planning on bringing your children. 

For those who are able, we will be asking for donations to help cover the cost of food. We're so excited to see you there! Why don’t you bring a friend along as well?

Our action is proudly partnered with Revesby Uniting Church, the Australian National Imams Council, and Better Renting. This is NON PARTISAN event, we are not affiliated with any political party. 

The Sydney Alliance is a coalition of diverse civil society and community organisations who work together for the common good of our city. This includes religious and ethnic groups, community service providers, trade unions, and schools. The solutions we are calling for have come from listening directly to our communities over many years and in consultation with subject-matter experts. These solutions and our strategy have been endorsed by all 40+ of our partner organisations. We support Voice, Truth, and Treaty.
