Sunday Reset

Yoga. Sauna. Ice. Coffee.

Flow through yoga with Hayley Uberti as the sun comes up. Sink into the wood-fired sauna and let the heat do its thing. Take the plunge in the ice bath and feel everything sharpen. Wind down with coffee and good company surrounded by nature.

No rush. No cliques. No judgement. Just you, nature, and a group of strangers who won't be strangers by the end.

ZEHN is what happens when you put people around a fire, take away their phones, and let them be real. Community built the way it's supposed to be. Through shared experience, not small talk.

Held at Waves Farm (The Revillaging Project), Boneo. 20 acres of regenerative farmland, wetlands, and the kind of quiet your nervous system is begging for.

Spaces are limited.

Your morning:

Yoga with Hayley Uberti
Wood-fired sauna + cold plunge rotation
Coffee + fire pit

The reset you didn't know you needed, served on a Sunday.
