REVIVAL – a day retreat to celebrate and honour women in their highest expression 

Tory and Rachel are curating a beautiful day of simplicity and softness, a potent celebration of Yin energy. 

Incorporating elemental activations and paying respect to the cyclical nature of Gaia and ourselves, our intention for the day is that you leave feeling:

• Light, open and peaceful
• Restored within, mentally and emotionally
• Connected and grounded
• Nurtured
• Revived, to your truest essence of self

The day will involve: 

• Welcome ritual to create intention in the space 
• Individual and collective Mandala creation in celebration of Earth and her beauty and cycles
• Tea ceremony in acknowledgement of the healing nature of water and ancestral wisdom
• Surrendering and burning old layers and stories to instil a renewed passion and kindness for self 
• Unified gentleness, expressed through receptivity 
• A restorative cellular healing through breath, sound and guided visualisation, bringing newness and expansion

Welcome to all women who are ready to take off their many 'hats' for the day and come into a soft, supportive space.

This is a day where each of us as women, will personally invite our true selves to be revived. 

Morning Tea will be provided.

However Lunch will not be provided, so you are more than welcome to bring your own or wander into Bangalow and choose something delicious. 

All blankets, matts, cushions etc will be provided. 

If you need to sit on a chair, rather than the floor, please let us know - this is not a problem and can easily be catered for.
