What to Expect.

Through guided breathwork and embodied practices, we’ll allow the clarity beyond the breakthrough to be revealed. This is a space where you can release any resistance, reconnect with your inner voice and realign to the bigger vision planted in your heart.

What's often in the way of us truly executing the dreams we have is the fact that more success = more responsibility. That leads to more sensation in the body and that requires a regulated nervous system and a comfortability for the body to expand its capacity to FEEL. This is why we work with three transformative layers: Breath. Movement. Sound.

Breathwork for Renewal: Allowing the breath to clear what's ready to be released and create the space for a breakthrough to emerge.
Embodiment Practices: Explore somatic movement that allows you to feel the transformation on a physical level and create a new set point for success.
Sound & Music: Each song that is played throughout our journey is carefully crafted to allow you to BE MOVED and open up a deeper level of awareness and truth to be revealed.

We’ll also have space for reflection and integration, anchoring your intentions so that you leave not only inspired but ready to carry this renewed energy forward.

What you’ll need.

To make the most of your Revival experience, please bring:

A Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is key, especially as we move through breathwork.
Journal and Pen: You may want to capture reflections or insights.
A Blanket or Throw: Your body temperature may shift during breathwork, so bring something cozy to stay comfortable.

What's Provided.

Yoga mats and bolsters are provided for your comfort.

Important Details.

Doors open at 11:30 am for a prompt start, so please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
Parking is limited onsite. If you’re able to carpool or arrive a little early to find nearby parking, it may make your journey smoother.
