POSTPONED - REVIVE - A Nature-Based Wellness Day at Te Aratipi
Description
REVIVE
A winter solstice wellness day at Te Aratipi, Hawke’s Bay
Part of The ME Project, REVIVE invites women to slow down, step outdoors and reconnect through movement, warmth, breath and nature.
Designed as an accessible wellness experience, REVIVE brings together walking, guided breathwork, wood-fired sauna, nourishing food and time to simply pause.
No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to spend time outdoors, embrace the elements and try something new.
Hosted at Te Aratipi Station, this intimate small-group gathering is limited to just 16 women — allowing the day to feel relaxed, spacious and thoughtfully hosted.
The day begins with a guided walk through Te Aratipi Station, weaving through regenerating native bush, rolling farmland and striking limestone outcrops.
Together, we’ll slow the pace and reconnect with nature before gathering with Anna from Ō-Studio Hawke’s Bay for a grounding guided breathwork session designed to support calm, nervous system regulation and awareness of breath as a powerful tool for slowing down through the winter season.
Throughout the afternoon, guests will rotate through wood-fired sauna sessions with The Sauna Project Te Awanga, while others relax beside the fire, unwind in hammocks amongst the bush, enjoy warm drinks or simply pause in nature.
Cool down options will also be available for those wanting to embrace the contrast of heat and fresh winter air — whether that’s cold water immersion, sitting outdoors or simply slowing the body and breath between sauna rounds.
We’ll also share nourishing seasonal food together, allowing time to connect, warm up and embrace the slower rhythm of winter.
Warmth.
Fresh air.
Firelight.
Stillness.
Time that isn’t rushed.
Held on the Winter Solstice — the shortest day of the year — REVIVE embraces the quieter rhythm of winter. A time to slow down, warm up and reconnect through nature, nourishment and simple shared experiences before the seasons begin to turn again.
An invitation to slow down — and leave feeling revived.

For those travelling from out of town or wanting to fully embrace the slower pace of the weekend, there is also the option to stay on farm in our historic Rabbiter’s Cottage.
The cottage sleeps up to four guests and can be booked for one or two nights surrounding the event. Stays include breakfast provisions and a hearty home-cooked dinner — allowing guests to relax, settle in and enjoy a complete Te Aratipi winter experience.

A note on the weather
REVIVE is designed as an outdoor winter experience and will go ahead in most weather conditions. Please come prepared with warm clothing, suitable footwear and an openness to embrace the season.
Te Aratipi sits in the hills above the coast, where winter weather can shift quickly and become part of the experience itself — from crisp clear skies to misty bush and cool coastal air.
Closer to the event we will send through final details and recommendations to help you feel comfortable and prepared for the day.
**Please note, all 16 tickets will need to be sold for this event to go ahead.
