Description

Do you just want someone to stop the bus?!? There is a reason why they call this season of perimenopause the Panini Season. You are being squeezed from all sides; whether it is young families/teenagers that you are raising, alongside ageing parents or grief of passing parents and in the middle is you with your own 'stuff' to deal with. This season can be one of the most stressful times of a wāhine lifetime.

A large amount of the time, it is at this point that wāhine realise how much of themselves that they have projecting away from their selves. They get to the point where they don't even know what they like, how they want to spend their own time and energy and it often feels easier to spend time on others than themselves. This essentially leads to burn out.

This event is an opportunity to step off the treadmill of life, be nourished with great conversation, learn more about perimenopausal topics and revive yourself with delicious kai. It is about remembering who YOU are. What YOU like, how YOU think and how YOU feel.

Topics that we will cover will range from pelvic health, re-connection to self, somatics & movement and space within the day for you to just be. There will be catering for the day, so you need only bring yourself, a journal, some water and an open heart.

Facilitated by Emma Perks (Founder & Lead Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Full Circle Physiotherapy) and Joni Morrissey (Founder & Intimacy/Psychosexual Therapist, Asani).

We would love to see you there.
