All whilst enjoying deeply nourishing foods to restore your vessel. A safe space to realign through breathwork, meditation, slow flow yoga, sound healing and reiki/energy healing. Chantelle from Chantelle Rose Flows

Yoga, pilates, barre, reformer, breath work and meditation teacher. Chantelle Rose Flows is a wellness service to help you find physical, mental, emotional and spiritual equilibrium. Incorporating mind, body awareness and deep connection to breath through the practice of yoga, pilates and meditation.

Mindful movement and mindfulness practices for all levels to help you unwind, find balance, build strength and cultivate joy from within. I am here to guide you in becoming the best version of yourself through connecting to your body & breath so that you can live the life that you truly desire and deserve!

Introducing our retreat breath work & meditation facilitator: Courtney Jade Rodgers

A Coach and Healing Practitioner based in Brisbane, Australia. A spiritual soul grounded by her big three in earth (Virgo sun, Capricorn moon, and Taurus Rising – IYKYK), Courtney offers a fusion of coaching, breathwork, and energy healing, guiding women through profound transformations at every step of their journey. Courtney will be sharing a beautiful and deeply nourishing Breathwork + Meditation journey. Courtney's passion lies in empowering women, and her session is dedicated to liberating you—helping release limiting beliefs, shedding what holds you back, and empower you to show up with radiant authenticity.

Introducing our retreat Naturopath: Jessica

Jess is a naturopath focusing on women’s health, mental health and gut health. Her mission is to empower women through health education to live well and sovereign lives. Helping people to tap into their intuition, be in harmony with the rhythm of nature and live vibrantly. Jess will be facilitating a workshop on living well lives in a stressful world where she will be giving you a guide on how you can optimise your daily routine in small yet significant ways to build resilience and vitality. The art and science of naturopathy provides a beautiful framework of ways in which we can work with our divine nature and natural rhythms, and not against them, to harness our personal wellness.

Introducing our retreat sound & energy healer: Danielle Jones

Danielle is a psychic and intuitive mentor with a focus on manifestation and mindset. She empowers people to unlock their potential and reach their big goals/dreams. Danielle will be facilitating a beautiful sound healing session to allow you to relax and rejuvenate. She will then be facilitating a high vibe manifestation & mindset process for you to see your highest vision!

The Location: Skyline Burleigh + The Cabin

Perched in the hills amongst the trees is Skyline Burleigh, an idyllic home designed to celebrate the surrounding environment, this secluded property is a sensory experience from the very first moment you step inside. Nestled away in nature on the same block is The Cabin our home to all of our wellness activities for our day retreat. The perfect escape to recharge featuring tree tops, glimpses of the coastline, a nature walking trail and a huge private garden with relaxation zones. Peace awaits you ...

Time:

Please arrive at 8:45am for a 9:00am start, concluding at 4:00pm.

What to wear:

Dress comfortable and something you are able to move your body in (activewear is ideal).

Please bring with you:

- Swimmers + towel (if you would like a post pilates dip in the pool)

- Journal to write in

- Pen/pens

- Water Bottle

- Cushion, blanket, pillow, anything to make you extra comfortable!

- An Open Mind
