Revolutionary Dreaming
Description
Revolutionary Dreaming brings together four disabled poets: Sharleigh Crittenden, Robin Eames, Kerri Shying and Gaele Sobott will each read work reflecting on their experience of Crip pride, joy and resistance.
The event will be opened by Inner West Councillor Izabella Antoniou. The poets will then read, followed by a 30-minute facilitated conversation with space for the audience to respond and ask questions. The formal program finishes at 4:30pm. Stay on until 5pm to browse and buy books and chat informally with the poets.
This is a relaxed event. Access information: This event will be interpreted in Auslan. There is a step-free entry. To share your access needs, mischa@roseread.com.au.
