REWA Career Convo #3: Research & Academia (Beyond the Thesis: Pathways, Purpose & Peer Support)

Research can be challenging and isolating, but you don’t have to navigate the journey alone.

This month, we are spotlighting Research & Academia to connect Bhutanese HDR candidates, academics, and researchers across Perth. Join us for an interactive evening focused on breaking down research silos, sharing practical strategies, and exploring career pathways beyond the thesis.

Why Attend?

Real Stories: Hear experienced researchers share honest experiences on overcoming thesis hurdles, burnout, and career transitions.
Peer Network: Build meaningful connections with a supportive community that understands your academic journey.
Practical Guidance: Gain actionable strategies for balancing research demands, publishing, and funding opportunities.
Safe Space: Participate in open Q&A sessions delivered bilingually in Dzongkha and English.

Whether you are a PhD candidate, Master's by Research student, aspiring researcher, or academic professional, come connect and grow with us.

From the community, for the community. 🙌
