Description

Nau mai haere mai! Whakatipu Mana Kai is running a wānanga for kids to get hands-on with rēwana bread for Eco Fest 2026!

Friday 17 April, 10 - 11.30am

Arataki Visitor Centre, 300 Scenic Drive

The session will include kōrero and art making about the history of this kai, hands-on bread bun shaping, and a morning tea including the freshly baked bread. All kai and supplies will be provided.

Whakatipu Mana Kai is a West Auckland-based organisation focused on revitalising ancestral food systems by educating communities about gathering and producing kai through hands-on wānanga.
