"Curandera" is an invitation to step into your medicine woman archetype in a sacred space of love, connection, and healing.

The REWILD day retreat is where women gather to remember their true nature and nourish their bodies, hearts and spirits in the embrace of sisterhood and the wisdom of ancient traditions.

Together, we’ll embark on a journey of embodiment, connection, and alignment, weaving practices that celebrate your innate beauty, strength, and intuition.

What to Expect:

✨ 10am Start the day with Cacao ceremony, guided by the wisdom of this sacred plant medicine
✨ 10:30am Enjoy a complete Yoga Practice guided by Nicole Bhakti, involving somatics, embodiment, pranayama and meditation.
✨ 12pm Break time - rest, reflect, dip in the ocean, & share a Nourishing Meal to support your journey;
✨ 1pm Sacred Woman's Alchemy workshop with Tainara, where you'll create your own personalized herbal blend to take home & learn how to connect to your womb space.
✨ 2:30pm Immerse yourself in a magical Sound Journey and open your voice with Medicine Songs and Mantra Chanting.
✨ 3-5pm Learn and share with other sisters in a heartfelt Sharing Circle, surrounded by love and support.

More about Sacred Woman’s Alchemy workshop:
An immersive workshop where you’ll reconnect with your womb energy through the ancient practice of *yoni steaming, and create your own sacred herbal blend/perfume. Learn to craft personalized blends infused with plant medicine, love, and intention in a safe and nurturing space designed for empowerment. Facilitated by Tainara Silva, a loving soul deeply connected to the healing power of plants. Her journey began in childhood, growing up alongside her grandmother, who shared timeless wisdom about the magic of plants. Tainara is devoted to helping all beings reconnect with nature’s healing gifts, guided by ancient traditions and intuitive practices.

*Yoni Steaming is a gentle and ancient practice of womb care that involves sitting over warm, herbal-infused steam to promote relaxation, energetic clearing, and healing. Using carefully selected herbs, this ritual nurtures the body, supports womb health, and deepens the connection to your inner wisdom. A beautiful way to honour yourself with warmth, care, and intention. 🌿

WHAT TO BRING:

- Yoga Mat, a cushion and whatever you need to feel comfortable in the space;

- Layers of comfy clothes that are easy to move in;

- a long skirt or sarong to wear for the Yoni Steaming, and a small and deep BOWL for the practice;

- swimmers and towel if you wish to go for a swim;

- journal and pen;

- and an Open Heart ❤️

All women in all stages of life are welcome to join us. Quick note: Yoni steaming is optional. If you are pregnant or menstruating, you might skip the yoni steaming, but you will still be able to connect with your womb through meditation & a sound journey. So don't worry, we will look after you :)
