How many of us have set aside the things that make our hearts sing—the wild, joyful parts of ourselves—because life got busy, overwhelming, or filled with pleasing others first, before ourselves?

Here’s what I’ve learned on my Rewilding journey: the wild, untamed adventurer within you hasn’t gone anywhere. It’s still within you, waiting to be rediscovered and set free.

The reason that you’re not already living your dream life ISN’T because of all those reasons you’ve been telling yourself; it’s too expensive, there’s nobody to go with you, you’re not fit enough or there’s too many people who need you at home.

The main reason you haven’t FULLY launched into your dream adventures is simply down to old beliefs that are holding you back.

But what are these old beliefs and how do you get rid of them?

That’s where I come in.

I will help you uncover the beliefs that are blocking you and share with you the exact process that I used to unlearn the beliefs that were no longer serving me, so that you can find the freedom to follow your passion. All while you enjoy a mini-adventure in a glorious coastal National Park.

Rewilding your Soul is about so much more than reconnecting with nature—it’s about reconnecting with YOU. It’s a process of expanding and elevating your consciousness into a life filled with peace, joy, freedom and adventure.

THE WALK:

AN EASY GRADE 4KM WALK: The Sand track walk (south) starts from the southern end of the Beach Road picnic area, and takes you through forested hind dunes running parallel to the beach.

Easy enough for all ages, this level walk wanders among the forest of majestic tall blackbutt trees and ancient cycad palms. After a short time, you’ll emerge at the middle of Seven Mile Beach, halfway between Gerroa and Shoalhaven Heads. Here, you can admire the golden stretch of beach stretching out in both directions. We will gather for a sharing circle and then wander back along the beach, enjoying the sea breeze before sitting down for a BYO picnic at Beach Road picnic area.

TRANSPORT: Self Drive. Carpooling recommended.
