Somewhere along the way, we learn to suppress that joy. Life becomes busy, overwhelming, filled with obligations. We carry the stories, judgments, and fears that tell us who we should be - until we forget who we truly are.

A Walk to Remember Who You Are

Imagine stepping onto a gently winding path, enveloped by towering eucalypts, ancient palms, and the soft hush of ferns. The air is thick with the scent of earth and leaves, and the sound of trickling water invites you deeper into Presence.

This journey on the Forest Path in the Royal National Park is more than just a bushwalk - it’s a homecoming. As we move through this sacred landscape, we will invite the forest to remind us of our own natural state: peaceful, vibrant, and deeply joyful.

🍃 A Soul-Nourishing Forest Immersion – A relaxed, 4.5km rainforest walk under a lush rainforest canopy.

The Experience:

We will begin at the stone gates of Lady Carrington Drive, walking at a slow, mindful pace through the ancient rainforest, following streams and listening to the song of the bush. As we walk in silence for part of the journey, you will be guided to tune into the energy of the forest, sensing your own aliveness reflected back to you.

At a secluded spot near Bola Creek, we will gather in circle - sharing, releasing, and embracing what truly lights you up. Afterward, we will return along the loop, renewed, refreshed, and rewilded.
