Rewild your Soul is a process for dissolving the problems that bring stress into your life and relationships. It includes a forest immersion adventure, guided awakening meditation, sharing circle and guided self-inquiry practice.

I have been using this process for over 15 years and have taught it to hundreds of people.

This event will involve an adventurous bushwalk to explore Bong Bong Pass.

The Bong Bong Pass Trail is a little-known 3.1 km bush walk through dense rainforest with some steep sections. It was used by Indigenous Australians as a pass up over the escarpment long before the colonists journeyed through the area with horses. It is common to see lyrebirds and other native birds, wildflowers and giant trees along this rough trail as it climbs up the escarpment before reaching stunning views of the surrounding area at the lookout point.

This is a steep and uneven path so a medium level of fitness is recommended.

This an event for women. This event is designed for those who wish to develop their self awareness and self empowerment. It is recommended for women over 13 years.

ITINERARY

9.30 Drop off child/children at Bush Magic at Don’s Farm (if applicable).
If not accompanied by children, meet at 601 Bong Bong Rd at 10am. .

10 Welcome to Rewild your Soul at 601 Bong Bong Rd.

10.15 - 2pm Forest walk, Rewilding process and picnic lunch.

2.30pm Pick up children from Don’s Farm (if applicable)

WHAT TO BRING

Please wear

Long pants

Good walking shoes with grip.

Hat

Please bring

Minimum 1 litre of drinking water

Picnic Lunch

Rain jacket if it might rain

Journal or notebook and pen.

Walking poles (optional).

Insect repellant.
