THEME: THE END OF PEOPLE PLEASING

How many of us have set aside the things that make our hearts sing—the wild, joyful parts of ourselves—because life got busy, overwhelming, or filled with pleasing others first, before ourselves?

I’ve been there too. But here’s what I’ve learned: your wild, untamed essence hasn’t gone anywhere. It’s still within you, waiting to be rediscovered and set free.

Rewilding your Soul is about so much more than reconnecting with nature—it’s about reconnecting with YOU. It’s a process of expanding and elevating your consciousness into a life filled with peace, joy, freedom, intuition, and creative inspiration.

Through nature’s gentle guidance, we can break free from the belief systems that keep us reactive, stuck and resentful.

People pleasing is one of those belief systems that may not be serving you any more. Are you ready to let it go?

Rewilding is a shift—a profound one—from living in boxed in by old beliefs to living from your true, wild and free essence.

This is a WOMEN ONLY event. (Teenagers welcome)

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Nature immersion bushwalk; easy, relaxed walk for up to 2 hours.
Guided Presence meditation

TOPICS FOR EXPLORATION:

What is people pleasing and why do we do it?
How our emotions let us know when we people please.
Why do we fear saying No.
How can we unlearn our fears?
True giving from the heart.

TIME:

Meet at 8.45am for a 9am start in the Garawarra Farm Car Park, Royal National Park.

THE WALK:

A MEDIUM GRADE 4KM WALK through beautiful bushland full of Angophora trees and Gymea Lillies to a spectacular lookout over Era and Burning Palms Beaches. We will descend along the Coastal Path to Era beach where we will gather for discussion and snacks and then return. There is a steep climb back to the car park on a well graded and maintained track. Some of the walk will be in silent meditation.

TRANSPORT: SELF DRIVE. EACH CAR WILL NEED TO PAY PARK ENTRY FEE.
