Unleash your Freedom, Follow your Joy

A Women's Day Retreat with Freya Dawson

Something magical happens when we draw our attention into ourselves to clear and expand our consciousness while being surrounded by nature. This is the magic of remembering and igniting your soul essence.

Freya's intention is to awaken an experience of freedom, joy and lightness within you, so that when you return home from this day you will feel open to new possibilities and excited for what is to come.

Ben Ricketts Environmental Preserve on Jamberoo Mountain is nestled in magnificent rainforest, just minutes away from Barren Grounds Nature Reserve with its spectacular views, amazing birds and wildflowers.

Are you ready for a journey of self discovery and transformation as Freya guides you through the six steps to Rewild Your Soul?

This Day Retreat is designed to unleash your wild, empowered and free self by providing you with an opportunity to connect with the peace and joy of Presence.

You will be guided through a process to identify the beliefs that are keeping you feeling stuck, weighed down, anxious or lacking purpose and connection.

You'll be invited to investigate and unlearn beliefs that are no longer serving you.

You will also learn how to connect more deeply to:

intuitive guidance
your own joy and passion
your hearts' desires

so that you can move forward with confidence and a sense of freedom and purpose.

There are plenty of reasons to dedicate a whole day to yourself and your awakening:

the melting away of self judgements and unworthiness
rediscover your desire to play, explore and experience abundance in your life
take time to forget about the DOING and enjoy just BEING
meet and connect with others on a self discovery or spiritual path

What to Bring:

Water bottle
Sturdy shoes for the bushwalk

WHAT PARTICIPANTS HAD TO SAY ABOUT PAST DAY RETREATS:

"What a wonderful day of personal growth and acceptance. Feeling very
safe to share in a confidential caring group. The weight of past issues
were lifted and we all left on a high."
(Robyn attended the Self Love Day Retreat with Freya and Helen Walden).

"After attending this retreat, I can honestly say I drove away feeling
incredibly lighter within myself, a profound sense of calm. And whilst I
still have a long way to go in my healing journey, I firmly believe
the tools Freya and Helen gave us have enabled me to see things from a
brighter perspective."
(Annabel attended the Self Love Day Retreat with Freya and Helen Walden).

"What wasnt to love, all the women shown up as vulnerable as they were in
that moment and every woman whom shared a belief and how to make
changes resonated with myself as well as my own. The natural relaxing
environment we were surrounded by , no egos, the food and of course the
facilitator Freya who WOW Ive always wanted to attend one of her events
as I follow her and the infectious mindset she has to life."

(Emma attended a Rewild your Soul Day Retreat with Freya).

"After completing the writing experience and sharing with the group, I
felt very supported. Freya's guidance was so appreciated and I feel that
I had the break through I have been needing to move forward with my
life." (Lee attended a Rewild your Soul Day Retreat with Freya)
