This Day Retreat is designed to unleash your wild, empowered and free self by providing you with an opportunity to connect with the peace and joy of Presence.

You will be guided through a process to identify the beliefs that are keeping you feeling stuck, weighed down, anxious or lacking purpose and connection.

You'll be invited to investigate and unlearn beliefs that are no longer serving you.

You will also learn how to connect more deeply to:

intuitive guidance
your own joy and passion
your hearts' desires

so that you can move forward with confidence and a sense of freedom and purpose.
