Through thoughtful facilitation, reflection, conversation and time to step away from everyday demands, we explore what it means to value yourself as much as the work and people you have spent a career investing in. What do you want more of? What can you leave behind? What sustains you? And what might a rich, meaningful and fulfilling next chapter look like?

Led by Space Melbourne and Space Bangkok, drawing on decades of experience facilitating people working in purpose-driven, demanding and complex environments, this is not a retirement-planning seminar. There are no financial plans or prescribed answers. Instead, we create the space, structure and companionship for one of life's significant human transitions.

Held at beautiful Saltbush Balnarring Beach, this retreat provides the chance to step away from everyday life and slow down in a peaceful natural setting.
