You are the one who gets things done. You hold it together at work, at home and for everyone else.

And then, the moment things go quiet, your brain starts the replay. That conversation. That email. That thing you should have said. The what-ifs that keep you up at 11pm.

Overthinking is not a character flaw. It is your brain trying to protect you, just a little too enthusiastically. The good news is that you can teach it to stand down.

In this small, relaxed workshop, you will learn what is actually happening in your brain when you overthink, and simple ways to step out of the loop.

You will leave with

A clear, jargon-free understanding of why your mind will not switch off
A way to catch the overthinking loop before it runs away with you
A quick technique to calm your mind in under two minutes
A short wind-down routine to help you switch off at night

Who this is for
Women who look calm on the outside but whose minds rarely rest. Busy professionals, women starting something new, or anyone tired of the constant mental noise.

What to expect
Practical and interactive, not a lecture. There are light group exercises, a few surprises about how your mind works, and plenty of time for questions. You will never be put on the spot, and you only share what you are comfortable sharing.

Maximum 8 women, so it feels warm and personal.
