We all have a mental, emotional, spiritual and physical body. We believe that by focusing on the physical body we will be able to reset our imbalances, but we are staying on the surface. By working on the combination of all the planes, we can obtain very good results and be aligned.

Thanks to my healing process on all levels, I now accompany others on their path of self-healing on the emotional and spiritual level through the Kundalini Awakening and Conscious Connected Breathwork, although the most powerful tool begins with yourself. You are your own healer.

WHAT IS “REWIRE YOURSELF”?

The event consists of the combination of various tools for personal and spiritual growth that will allow us to release emotions and live more aligned with ourselves:

CACAO CEREMONY: Cacao ceremonie create a safe, nourishing environment for participants to connect with themselves, the spirit of cacao, and each other in profound ways. The connection and clarity of the cacao helps to set an intention and prepare for the Breathwork and Kundalini Rising.

BREATHWORK: The main objective of a Breathwork session is to guide the person lying down (safely and through the breath) to access the stagnant energy that is in their body (in the form of unexpressed emotions or traumas) to facilitate their release and manage to heal those unresolved traumas or emotions.

BENEFITS:
- Physical benefits: Cleansing the body of toxins (70% of toxins are released through breathing), recovery from injury or illness, sleep improvement, immune system reinforcement, access to body memories.
- Emotional/psychological benefits: Healing of emotional wounds and unresolved traumas, decreased stress and anxiety, focus, mental clarity and creativity, release of unprocessed emotions such as anger, sadness, disgust, resentment or rage.

⚠️ (IMPORTANT) CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Mindful breathwork is not recommended for people with epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular problems including angina or heart attacks, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or recent physical injury, surgery, or illness, especially in the brain, mouth, teeth, nose, throat, thyroid, immune system, lymphatic system, lungs, chest, ribs, spine, neck, and/or reproductive organs.

KUNDALINI AWAKENING: A Kundalini energy activation session is a process of conscious surrender, unlike other techniques that require will (such as kundalini yoga), allowing the vital energy with which we are all born and that over the years goes off, turn it back on. It is a natural and safe process, which is carried out lying on a mat with eyes closed and listening to music, where the facilitator stimulates the awakening of the kundalini energy and where each person receives what they are prepared to receive.

In addition, it must be taken into account that the activation of the energy not only occurs at the time of the session, but also in the following days, where the energy continues to work. That is why it is considered “a process”.

ABOUT ME (ALBA QUADRADO)

I landed in Australia from a small island in the middle of the Atlantic (Gran Canaria, Spain). I started my path of development and personal growth at the age of 21. In this last year, my life fell apart due to anxiety, which consumed me, so I started a deeper personal work and discovered two tools that changed my life: Kundalini energy activation and Breathwork. These tools helped me heal from within and lead a life more aligned with myself. I trained with the first Breathwork school in Spanish (The Breath Act) and with the Kundalini Awakening Path school of Ksisters. Now I just want to share with the world what these tools have offered me and I bring them from Europe hoping they are here to stay.
