About Meryl Bengtsson
Meet Meryl: Science-Led Coach, Strategic Advocate, and Voice for ADHD Entrepreneurship. A science-led coach, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for ADHD founders and the teams who work alongside them.

My work at ADHD Life lives at the intersection of neuroscience, business strategy, and emotional intelligence, but it’s also deeply personal. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, and while that moment brought clarity to years of internal questions, it also sparked something bigger: a responsibility to turn insight into impact.

For much of my career, I navigated systems that weren’t built for brains like mine—systems that rewarded linear thinking, quiet productivity, and consistency above creativity. I know what it feels like to be misunderstood, to overcompensate, to burn out trying to “do it right.” That lived experience fuels everything I create through ADHD Life.

It’s not just a business—it’s a platform for transformation. I specialize in translating complex neuroscience into clear, actionable frameworks that help entrepreneurs lead with clarity, momentum, and self-trust. Whether it’s through coaching, content, or tools, my goal is always the same: to help people stop fighting their wiring and start leveraging it.

I believe ADHD isn’t a flaw to fix—it’s a strength to activate. I stand for co-thriving over solo success. For myth-busting over masking. For clarity over chaos. And above all, I stand for a future where neurodivergent leadership isn’t just accommodated—it’s celebrated.

When I’m not building frameworks or crafting messaging, you’ll find me exploring the emotional nuance behind executive function, refining brand aesthetics that reflect clarity and energy, or creating resources that help both ADHD founders and their neurotypical collaborators thrive together. Because real success isn’t just about productivity—it’s about understanding, alignment, and the courage to lead as you are.
