Rewoven is an intimate one-day retreat for women ready to slow down, release what they’ve been carrying and return to a quieter sense of themselves.

Across the day, you’ll move through restorative yoga and Biodynamic Craniosacral Touch Therapy, intuitive art and creative reflection, an afternoon circle exploring feminine wisdom and embodied intuition, and a closing sound bath.

There is also time between practices to wander the grounds, sit quietly, connect with others—or simply do nothing.

Held at Temple Retreat’s ten-acre private sanctuary in the green hills of Pullenvale, just 20 minutes from Brisbane, the day offers a rare chance to step outside the usual rhythm and into spaciousness.

Enjoy a nourishing plant-based seasonal lunch by Yoke Kitchen, refreshments and all creative materials, with the day held by Sonja Mapleston, osteopath Yana Haseya, and author and scholar Dr Joanna Kujawa.

You don’t need to fix anything or become someone new.
