Thank you for purchasing a ticket to the Regenerative Food Systems Conference. We at RegenWA are excited to welcome you to this milestone event where together we will explore how we can transform our food systems for a healthier and more sustainable future. There is a jam-packed agenda for the conference as well as many satellite events before and after.

Here's everything you need to know ahead of the conference:

Getting to Optus Stadium:

By car:  Free parking (including accessible parking) is available for this event on Marlee Law. See parking instructions below.

By train: Optus Stadium is easily accessed via public transport via train and bus. Check out the Transperth Journey Planner, and the Optus Stadium  website  for details and maps. Perth Stadium Station is on the Armadale Train line. Trains now stop at Perth Stadium Station 7 days a week and is located opposite Gates A & B.

On foot: The stadium is easily accessed on foot via Matagarup Bridge, from East Perth. 

By taxi: A taxi drop-off point is located within Marlee Loop, off Victoria Park Drive.

Access: Enter through Gate D and up to the Level 1 external concourse via the lift or staircase. Follow the concourse to the left and enter through Western Entrance, doors 7 or 8. Once inside the stadium, please follow instructions from the customer service representative and/or wayfinding screens to get to your event space

Parking:

Please park on Marlee Lawn. To access parking, enter Roger Mackay Drive, off Victoria Park Drive and turn right at the roundabout as marked on the map below, which is available in full here. Marshalls will be present on the day to assist with directions, parking, and entry to the conference venue.

Accessing the Conference Venue:

Enter through Gate D and make your way to the Level 1 external concourse via the lift or staircase. Follow the concourse to the left and enter through Western Entrance, doors 7 or 8.

Once inside the stadium, please follow instructions from the customer service representative and/or wayfinding screens to get to your event space. The conference is located in River View Rooms 1 and 2, on Level 3.

The registration desk will be clearly marked and visible once you exit the lift/escalator onto Level 3. Friendly Perth NRM and RegenWA staff will meet you at the registration desk to provide you with a name tag and assist with further directions.

Key Times:

Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to park, register and familiarise yourself with fellow attendees and the venue. Optus Stadium is a large venue, so be sure to take this into account when planning your arrival.

Day 1:

Doors open and registrations commence at 8:00am.
Roaming mic session with Anthony James begins at 8:30am.
A Welcome To Country officially opens Day 1 of the conference at 8:45am.
Conference closes at 5:00pm.
Sundowner commences after conference close.

Day 2:

Doors open and registrations commence at 8:00am.
Roaming mic session with Anthony James begins at 8:30am.
Conference officially opens with first presentation at 8:45am.
Conference closes at 4:30pm.

Coffee, Tea, and Catering:

Barista coffee will be available throughout the conference from 8am-2pm. Brewed tea and coffee will be available for the entire duration of each day.

Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea will be provided both on Day 1 and Day 2.

If you provided your dietary requirements, these have been noted and passed on to the catering team at Optus. Please inform us as soon as possible if we are yet to be made aware of any dietary requirements.

Sundowner:

Attendance to the sundowner requires payment and registration. If you would like to attend, tickets are available here.

The sundowner will be held on Champions Terrace, just outside the conference room. Your ticket gets you complimentary food and beverages, which includes cider, beer, and a specialty non-alcoholic beverage from Funk Drinks Co. (owned by Dustin Michael, Next Generation panelist), plus Optus Stadium’s standard selection of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
