There is no substitute for speed, that's why no matter what sport you play, this camp is for you!

Run by Former All Black & Bond University Coach, Rico Gear. He comes with 27 years of experience, as a winger in the game of Rugby he knows what it takes to be FAST! 

So come and learn from one of the best and start the school holidays off the right way!

When : December 2nd & 3rd

Time : 9am - 2pm

The Camp will Focus on Speed,Agility, Conditioning and Games 

-Explosive acceleration drills 

-Running Form and Races

-Fitness Conditioning 

-Agility and Competition 

-Hand-eye coordination games 

-Footwork and Ladder speed drills 

-Multi sport conditioning games  

PRIZES TO BE WON! 

Available to boys and girls aged 8-15 years

What to bring:

-Waterbottle

-Hat

-Lunch

-Closed in running shoes or boots

-Sunscreen

Sessions will be held at Eagles Rugby Club,Brighton Parade, Southport.
