Join us for a dazzling evening at the Royal Geelong Yacht Club's annual Commodore's Ball, themed 'Under The Stars'. Embrace the magic of the night as we gather for an unforgettable celebration.

Experience:

🥂 Welcome: Start your evening with a welcome drink as we prepare for a night of fun.

🍽️ Delicious Dinner: Indulge in roaming canapés followed by a two-course sit-down dinner featuring alternating mains and desserts.

🎵 Entertainment: The Soundcollective Band were a hit last year and we're bringing them back! Dance the night away with good tunes and good friends.

💳 Cost: $110 for members | $130 for non-members

Roaming Canapés

• Pacific oysters with shallot & red wine vinaigrette (GF, DF)

• Prosciutto, vintage cheddar & cornichons on croute

• Petite Caprese salad skewers with balsamic glaze (GF, V)

Mains (alternating)

• Grilled Barramundi fillet with Champagne hollandaise, dill potatoes, broccolini & herb salad (GF)

• Char-grilled porterhouse steak on sweet potato purée with buttered green beans, mixed mushrooms & jus (GF)

• Chickpea & vegetable tagine with warm couscous, flatbread, herbs & yoghurt (V)

Desserts (alternating)

• Warm chocolate pudding with chocolate fudge sauce, clotted cream, salted caramel & mint (V)

• Vanilla bean panna cotta with spiced winter berry compote & flaked almonds (GF, V)
