Join us to celebrate women at Tasmania's longest running International Women's Day Breakfast.
International Women’s Day celebrates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women around the world. The International Women's Day breakfast, hosted by the Royal Hobart Hospital Research Foundation, is the perfect opportunity to come together and celebrate amazing women locally and globally, all while raising vital funds for local medical research.
Our special guest this year is the Governor of Tasmania, Her Excellency the Honourable Barbara Baker AC. Her Excellency has long been a champion for women particularly in the areas of law and sport and is a mentor and role model for young women.
Guests will also hear from Tasmanian musician Dana, who will be performing an amazing array of RnB, Soul, Funk, and Jazz songs. If you haven't heard Dana's soulful voice before you are in for a treat!
