Participants will make a sour dough loaf by hand, which they will take home to bake
Participants will receive detailed notes
Techniques work equally well when hand mixing or using a bread dough hook
Participants will learn the techniques to bake basic sour dough loaves as well as seeded loaves, fruit loaves and olive loaves
Morning tea, (tea, coffee, fruit loaf and cake) plus lunch (soup and bread) will be provided
Maximum of 10 participants
Participants need to bring 2 tea towels, large mixing bowl, scales, large sturdy metal spoon, apron, colander or bread tin
