Rhythm&Motion Movement: Evolution

Abby Wake and VanderAa are facilitating this movement called 'Rhythm & Motion' that started in 2017. An offering of sacred embodiment, African dance djembe's, guided movement connecting with your body, mind and spirit. This workshop is improvised to encourage our flow state and channeling between drummer and dancer. Connecting deeper to ourselves, our community and our emotions. Prepare to explore your subconscious and consciousness through dance.
In 2020, they guided their movement to the Sunshine Coast, Harvey Bay, while embodying movement at VanderaA "Secret Show Experiences"
