Held at Revive Yoga Centre in Springfield... Join us for a total wellness morning!

Coffee, Rhythmic Yoga Flow, Tarot Readings, Ecstatic Dance, and Community Connection.. all wrapped up into a 3-hour morning!

Whether you stay for 1 hour or 3 hours.. there's plenty to take part in.

Layout of the morning:

7am-7:30am - Arrival (Tea, Coffee, Nibblies available)

7:30am-8:30am - Rhythmic Yoga Flow with Allennie PLUS DJ Merkaba Maid soundtracking the practice

8:30am-10am - Open time for.....

-> Ecstatic Dance to DJ Merkaba Maid

-> Tarot Reading with Anna (Psychic Medium)

-> Coffee & Connection with Community

The intention for this morning is to share in an enjoyable, expressive practice that connects you to yourself, with time afterwards to connect with community, or connect with spirit! (Or all 3 if you maximise the 3 hours!

Hosts will provide some light nibblies and beverages.

Anna is a Brisbane-based Psychic Medium who has been learning different ways of communicating with spirit such as Mediumship, Psychic Understanding, Reading Oracle Cards and Scrying. With formal training and strong intuitive skills, Anna delivers accurate, insightful and warm readings connecting people with their loved ones in spirit.
