While winter can be a time of deep restoration, it can also bring feelings of isolation — making it easy to forget our shared, messy, beautiful humanity.

Let’s gift ourselves the stillness and presence that winter calls for — and meet in a space where we can soften, connect, and explore our hearts together.

Join us for a 2-hour winter warming circle and movement workshop:
A gentle and nourishing evening of mindful movement (yoga and dance), soulful song, spiced cacao, and heartfelt connection in a supportive, all-genders circle.

Come as you are.
Leave the mask at the door.
Drop from the mind into the body.
This is a space of deep welcome, warmth, and belonging.

Bring an open mind and share your much needed energy, truth and inner light.

What To Bring:

Yoga Mat, cushion and a blanket

Water Bottle

Journal and pen (if you feel the desire to write)

An item you found in nature (rock, leaf, flower etc)

Comfy and warm clothing for movement

Guidelines:

Please arrive 5 minutes before to get settled
Parking available on street
No experience necessary- come as you are!
Phone on silent/flight mode. Please no photos/videos during the event (before or after is OK)
Come solo or bring someone you love and trust
Limited to 12 people to maintain group integrity and intimacy- so secure yourself a ticket
18 + and all genders
Drug and alcohol free and no smoking event
Please stay until the end of the container
