Rhythms of Transformation: SCI-MAA's Monthly Ceremonial Dance Experience Level 01

Experience the transformative power of SCI-MAA® (Somatic Semantics In Movement Awakening Awareness), also called Sacred Guided Linguistic Dance® is a revolutionary holistic guided meditation and energy healing practice that brings awareness to the existence of a universal language of the body that connects all of us, awakening our true essence when applied consciously.
 This holistic journey will leave you feeling embodied, empowered, and deeply connected to your inner wisdom.

SCI-MAA is an innovative mindfulness technique that combines active SCI-MAA guided meditation techniques and Sacred Guided Linguistic Dance®.

This practice helps you to:

• Become aware of your thought patterns and develop mindfulness.

• Connect with your body and stay in the present moment.

• Release tensions and constraints, promoting openness and authenticity.

Engaging with sacred geometry is considered a natural and effective method for healing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Sabine Leila Laliya Lepoultier Touré observed that human movements align with sacred geometric patterns, serving as a universal language. She identified five fundamental movements common across cultures and created the SCI-MAA Linguistic framework. This framework combines these movements with four thematic elements and three objectives, highlighting their connection to sacred geometry and ceremonial spaces.

The linguistic movements framework initially aims to highlight these universal movements, noting that each movement represents sacred geometry and holds significance as well as an indirect connection to the stars. It also aims to establish a methodology for consciously communicating with the body, which can influence the subconscious, emotions, and surrounding energy.

Through sacred linguistic dance movements, sound, and voice, SCI-MAA Sacred Guided Linguistic Dance®, assists you in:

• Grounding your awareness and concentrating on your bodily sensations.

• Experiencing the world through your senses, extending beyond mental perceptions.

• Enhancing self-awareness and establishing a connection with your authentic nature.

There are three Pathways for Exploration:

1. Sacred Ceremonial Structure: Unique and structured.

2. Group Workshop: Dynamic and adaptive.

3. One-to-One Session: Personalized and tailored.

There are three Levels of Practice:

1. ⁠Level 1: Introduction to SCI-MAA and its basics.                

2. Level 2: Development of basics and space utilization.

3. Level 3: Complete Guided Dance Ceremony (exclusive for Level 2 practitioners).

At this coming Rhythms of Transformation: SCI-MAA's Monthly Ceremonial Dance Experience Level 01, you will have the opportunity to experience the power of SCI-MAA Level 1 with amazing SCI-MAA Guides in a unique and structured experience.

You will be guided through SCI-MAA Sacred Guided Linguistic Dance®, guided by the “CALL” and engaging in the SCI-MAA three stages mindfulness technic (Disconnect-Connect-Let it go®), animistic-shamanic performance art, medicine songs, sound healing, and a poetic visionary journey and all shared with community.

Christina Tesoriero, a Level 1 SCI-MAA Guide, will guide you to discover the practice, to explore your inner nature and the beauty within and become more aware of the nature that exists around us. From the forest where you hear the morning call of the Kookaburra’s and the forest song of the birds, to the oceans and the whales and dolphins that sing for us through the waters. Exploring how we can honour our own expression and the expression of nature that surrounds us; its Divine beauty and abundance it offers. She will hold a safe space where she will express herself as a SCI-MAA Guide (Shamanka) through art performance, with poetry, the healing rythym of the drums and a reiki healing session.

As a tradition, a second Guide assists the primary guide. In this workshop, Kate Stockdale a Level 1 SCI-MAA Guide, will perform a clearing of the space with a special Smoke Ceremony.

Please be informed that the practice encourages all participants to sit directly on the floor. Sitting on the floor enhances skeletal support, offers a stable base for meditation, and provides a grounding effect by being closer to Earth's energy.

Finally, the evening will conclude with some snacks, sharing, and socialisation. It will provide an opportunity to meet other attendees.
