Richard Moon Silversmithing Workshop October 8

Make your unique piece of sterling-silver jewellery under skilled supervision during spring in Glen Innes. Richard Moon (resident silversmith at The Makers Shed) offers studio-workshop options for a strict maximum of six people. NOTE: All workshop participants must be aged 15+. 

Full-day sterling-silver experience, Saturday October 8, 10am-4pm

Get across the entire silversmithing process with Richard as your guide, from designing your piece through to cutting, soldering, heating, cold-connecting, fold-forming, bezel-setting and polishing. The cost includes enough sterling silver for one ring, pendant, brooch or pair of earrings; and a limited selection of raw materials and stones: vintage linoleum, copper, leather, moonstones, freshwater pearls, etc. Design and make something special!
